Efusal to email me a paid up lette

I have paid all amounts owing to woolworths and requested that the acount be closed. i have been requesting that a paid up letter be emailed to me i was told it cant be done i have to wait for it. it will arrive via post. the thing is i dont have time to wait weeks for the letter to arrive as i need this letter urgently. i find this very upsetting as this may cost me the house of my dreams
