I HAVE PAID MY WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNT AND I WAS PROMISED TO RECEIVE A LETTER FROM WOOLWORTHS THAT MY ACCOUNT HAVE BEING UPDATED IN THE ITC, i HAVE BEING CALLING THE CALL CENTRE FOR ABOUT 3 WEEK, TODAY I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE AGENT NTOKOZO THAT I HAVE TO PAY R100 FOR ME TO GET THE LETTER IN WHICH I WAS NEVER BEING TOLD ABOUT BEFORE SETTLING MY ACCOUNT, WHY SHOULD I PAY TO GET A PAID UP LETTER, AND WHY I MUST STRUGGLE FOR ME TO BE ASSISTANT.
