Bad attitude and still waiting for my deposit

I hired a vehicle at the Randburg branch on Bond street. I dealt with a consultant by the name of Alvera (not sure of the spelling) who firstly sounds like she hates her job and is not very friendly at all. I dropped the car off at Avis on the 13 Feb and she told me that I would be refunded my deposit (R750). I then called again the following week to ask Alvera what was happening with this and she said she would followup and call me back which she never did. I have now contacted her again (26 Feb) to find out where my money is and she first told me to contact someone else to which I replied that I had spoken to her last week and was told by her that she would follow up and call me back again which never happened.

My biggest issue is her attitude she is grumpy and very unhelpful, I would strongly recommend that she does not deal with customers because her attitude is so bad it's forced me to actually take the time to complain about.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me with the refund of my deposit the agreement number is 655188321 and the check in was done at Randburg, please let me know if you need any further details I do not want to deal with Alvera
