I had been looking for a particular hairdryer for a long time without success. Last Wednesday, as a result of an internet search, I discovered that New World in Menlyn stock the hairdryer. I sent an email enquiry and within a few minutes received a telephone call from a very friendly and helpful Emily who confirmed that they had the hairdryer in stock, and that it could be sent to my address in Cape Town. I sent Emily a copy of my EFT payment and the hairdryer was sent to me via Speed Services Courier on the same day. I received it today, which I think is exceptional service because of the intervening long weekend. Well done and thank you, New World.
