We have waited a week for delivery after we ware promised that the things will be deliverd on monday by wensday by wensday we told the branch the we are puting a complain in the stuff was deliverd finily afrter begging them. I recived a tablet that was damaged. And I took it back then was told that I will recive a new one today so thay promise that I will get it after to so after 4 I called them again then was told that the tablet didn't arive yet so I called the seplyer and that told me that the tablet is being repaird and I also have it on an email so wat happens now I'm getting a tablet that I have to pay R6000 for that was damage since the day I recived it so is this how we get happy costomers at ellerines or what this is being reported to the head office aswell with no respons so a person should pay being unhappy? And I'm not the first client reporting this branch
