5 months ago me and my fiance bought a lounge suite from OK Furniture, last weekend we had guests over and when someone went to sit on the couch (not used often by us as we are only 3 people) it just tore the top and bottom part from each other. My fiance phoned OK Furnitre and spoke to a agent who said they can load a claim and wait for the response. Today my fiance got a call and OK Furniture siad their suppler does not want to give us a replace or refund. How do we go about this and what is left to be done, we do not want this furnitre broken like this, after all its still under guarentee.
