We ordered and paid in full for a lounge suite and delivery on 22 June 2013 via EFT at "Lounge & Couch World" next to East Rand Flee Market. We paid R300.00 for delivery in Benoni area close to the store & requested that they delivery on 01 July 2013. My fiance took time off from work to be at our complex for the delivery which was confirmed to be on it's way 01 July 2013 Monday - 15:00! My fiance & myself contacted them to confirm the address details. Not once did they contact us to give feed back. We waited until 23:00 that night and yet still NO DELIVERY or apology!!! We had to contact again the following day to follow-up, and they didn"t even know where our furniture was??? I demand our delivery fee back for services not rendered!
