Illed twice and getting no help from the branch

I wentto purchasegoods to the value of R795 and I was billed twice by the shop system n I was told that my money will be reversed with in 48hrs and its almost 2 weeks now and im sent rrom pillar to post by both store employees and the call cenrre agents I have raised yhe issue with.

I really think this issue cild have been resolved quickly and no one gaf to be blaimed or inconvenienced. I only want my money back from this store and will certnl alet everyone I jniw to keep thei distance from yjis store.
