I went to the store to get my self a pair of shoes that I was going to wear on a wedding that day but unfortunately the ones they had in store were an odd pair. The guy called near by stores to check which store had the shoe. He managed to locate the shoe but I couldn't go to the store that had the shoe and time was against me, I had to be else were. He took my problems and made them his. He took his own time and money and went straight to that store during his lunch time to get them. I mean who does that?
He then called me and I was then able to go and purchase the shoes at his store!
I'm really really really happy with the standard of service I got from this young man! Truworths needs more young, approachable professionals like him.
