This account 5898460858557358 was opened under my name and when I wanted to clear this issue, I was told to fax an affidavit with my ID copy and Idid that on the 12th July 2013. But a month later the matter has not been resolved instead I get phone calls from the collection department to make payment and when I tell them, they say it will be reffered to the supervisor and that has not been done as I received another call today to make payment. I believe this account was not opened the proper way and instead of the shop following the corretct steps to solve this, they phone me to make payment.
