Hi bought a Guess ring and it broke with in a Month, so i kindly took it back to the store (edgars east rand mall) and spoke to the jewelry department, they said they need to call the manager to assist me, thus being Koos, and he said he would handle this repair/refund himself and that he would call me the following Monday, it was a Saturday that i was in the store, I have had to call him on every occasion and every time he tells me he will get back to me, and i never hear from him, the last call that i mad to him he said i did not have proof of purchase, which i had given to him when handing the ring in, he then made a copy of the proof of purchase and somehow maybe forgot, but this kind of service is ridiculous, i have to keep phoning him, and every time he has a new excuse.
