I joined Woolworths littleworld a few months ago. I then got a welcome pack in the post with some vouchers and a list of benefits, one of which is a spa voucher if you spend R200 or more on baby goods, which I have now done on two separate occasions. After waiting several weeks, I realized that I did not receive the voucher, or in fact any of the communications promised in the welcome pack. So I sent an email, to which I got no response. Then I called, and have been calling back every couple of days. I get told that the staff are in a meeting and will get back to me once it is done. I leave my name and contact details, but after over a week of trying I have not had a single person respond to me email or call me back. Shocking service from Woolies, who are usually very good!
