Hi- my name is Melissa Chetty i work for a company called MIS PIPELINES - we have requested the buildkwik in pta west to kindly approve a credit application they have sent us in order for our company to purchase items for our site camp in Mamelodi. i have spoken to numerous ppl regarding this and this credit application was sent to them in March this year - uptil now we have got no response if this acc has been approved . this is totally unacceptable and they are wasting our time making us call them over and over, the ppl responsible for this is 2 guys - TEJA or BRIJESH. theses ppl never return phone calls or emails and also have no clue as to what they are doing. I have even spoken to a Martin whos a manager on 0825502210 - even he could not assist me with the account . if this is the only way that i can help, then its important that they know that they have very upset customers and that they should learn customer service!
