We received a loan from real people finance to spend at Buildkwik in Pta west. we placed an order for all building material we needed and even payed for transportation. we were never informed that other items are not store items and must be sourced from suppliers. most items were delivered but a pivot door that was not in good condition was delivered and when we went home later that month, we realized that the door was not okay and requested it to be fetched but they told us they wont because the time has lapsed and that we must arrange our own transport to bring it to the store.
In addition to that, other material like tapper ridges, window sil and wall plugs were not not delivered and they are saying that they don't have them in store, we must wait for a customer that will place an order for roof tiles so that our order will be included with that one.
It has now been three months that we have been waiting. I have been calling the store countless times but no one gives a solution. bad enough the rainy season has started and the house is incomplete, the material is getting destroyed by rain and the hot sun.
The store is not even willing to give us the money to go buy elsewhere
