I recently opend a credit application at morkels jeppe and eloff street in johannesburg, all went well my account was approved and was told i was given r12000 credit as i seriously needed a fridge had to ask for a day off at work to go purchase the fridge. My credit application was approved on the 2nd of august 2013 when i got to morkels with the deposit so as to purchase the fridge i was told i need to start afresh as they have a new system so that they enter my details on new system it will take 7 minutes. i had to wait almost the whole day and they told me to be patient with them, here i was thinking i will just purchase the fridge not knowing i had to start afresh. i then left at 5pm still the system not working and they promised to get back next day.up to now they keep telling me theyl cal me back and today the date is 17 august still waiiting for the system, here i am still keeping the deposit money since then of which chances are high il end up using the money as i havent got any feedback on whats going on.
