Ignores CPA rights

In early April we bought a 3 piece recliner lounge suite from Somerset West OK Furnitures. On delivery we noticed the one recliner on the 3 seater did not work properly and after closer inspection I discovered that both recliners where damaged.
It was a nightmare getting hold of salesman. Eventually he said he would send someone out. The guys came out, inspected the couch and confirmed it was damage. He where reassured we would get a call as to what next.
Round two of the nightmare of contacting Clifford.
Eventually I got hold of him and he replied that they where trying to get someone to repair the couch. I reminded him about my rights under CPA and that I wanted a new couch or full refund within two weeks.
No surprise nothing happened.
Only after my wife went in store did I get a phone call from the assistant manager to say they have authorised the repair of the couch. I said it was no longer an option, new couch or my money back.
Not even an email to their head office has helped - no repsonse.
I'm now in the process of sending them a letter of demand and small claims court is next.
* I know OK has dose not respond on Hellopeter but this is just to spread the word *
