Bradlows in Queenstown nearly spoiled my wedding day! I bought a bedroom suite from Bradlows in July preparing for my traditional wedding in August 2013. I was assured that the merchandise is available at the Warehouse and would be delivered as per my request.
The sales lady by the name of Nobantu assured me that she understands the importance of a bedroom suite in a traditional wedding and would by all means ensure that we get what we were asking for.
Exactly 7 days before the wedding I went to the store to check if everything was on track and Nobantu and the store manager assured me that all is well.
The day of the delivery came and no delivery was made, on the 10th of August I called the store and told them that I needed the merchandise delivered and gave them an ultimatum and Nobantu said they'll deliver. I called again and got hold of a new store manager who told me that my furniture would not be delivered as they did not have it at the Warehouse and she tried to assist but it was already too late.
What Nobantu and the store manager did is unforgivable and embarrassing!
