I Bought a I phone/Ipad adapter from the Store, I am not too up to speed on these types of Accessories. the store salesman told me they will do what i needed, which was to put my I pad Movies on to the Big screen.
went home connected it up, My I Pad and I phone Both say this Accessory is not compatible?
took them back for a credit or a swap out, I was willing to pay in more for a new or Better one, I went to the counter with some other items i had to Buy, New Earphones and New Speaker system, and newer better connector for I pad.
I explained my issue showed the the error message on the I PAD and the I Phone it was not compatible, they refused to change it?
Im not sure if they actually cared but refused to take it back its obviously a Grey import or cheap import, its not compatible? who buys this? don't they test it? I told them to cancel my sale and too shrugged shoulders they did, Now I'm in business they lost a Sale of almost R 1300.00, for the sake of a R150 credit, which was still boxed.
Its not the money here but the Principle, Put managers and sales staff into your Business who actually care about the sales. I had to re-buy all of it from a competitor?
