For our anniversary my husband bought me a Citizen watch at the Tygervalley branch on the 7th of August, we were satisfied with the sales lady a Me. Muller, the strap however was to big and a link had to be removed. She said that the person that does the adjustments was only in at 11, we had other appointments and asked if we take our slip to Cape Gate can we have the strap adjusted there, NO PROBLEM she said. Saturday morning I took the watch to the Cape Gate Galaxy store to have the link removed, after I was made waiting for a while a middle aged lady asked if she could be of assistance, I explained everything and as then promptly told that there tool was broken and they could not help me, she recommended that I use the Chinese guy who has a stall in one of the centres isles, now? the watch is expensive, what about the warranty, why not out source all you adjustments to Chinese guys in the isles of centres everywhere, O yeah who is refunding my R30 he charged me for the link removal? Pathetic service Galaxy, no wonder you do not respond to complaints.
