In March & April I went to pay my account, money was paid into the wrong account. I went into the store in April asking them to fix it Arcadia branch told me to go to Silverton branch, Silverton branch said they won't be able to fix mistake from other branches I then called head office to query it still I didn't get any joy I then went back to arcadia they just sending me from pillar to post and now my account/balance is not moving they busy adding interest on my account of which I'm liable of and it is not my mistake.
Kindly assist me into solving this mess I'm tired of taking my time off from work trying to fix somebody else's negligence
