Incorrect listing and call centre is rude

On the 12th August 2013 I received an sms stating that I will be listed as a slow payer on the credit beuruex, whenI contacted the call ccentrei spoke to Chantel Mcarthy, who advised me that the sms was an error and I should ignore it, my installment was R600 but I paid R4000. I then politely asked Mrs Mcarthy to email me a letter and state the time and date with reference to the sms that it was an error, she then sighed in my ear and had an attitude, this is not the first time that Edgars wants to list me due to the incompitance in the end I suffer because these listings goes on my name and then im barred from applying for credit, this is unacceptable thzt you treat your paying clients like! Im disgusted. Call reference number 75990796 made at about 10:30 on the 12th
