I bought a pair of Sony earphones less than two months ago (EX50) after which the left channel broke. This was NOT what I had expected from Sony. I'm a big fan of Sony for their quality in their products, so this came as quite a shock. I had a pair of Creative's that lasted me 6 years before it broke.
So I sent the earphones back, and in return they replaced it with a pair of ED12's which are not nearly as good as the EX series. I had expected either the same, or something else in that series.
My complaint here, is not the staff at the Sony Centre at Gateway - they were generally friendly and helpful - but of the poor quality from Sony and the unsatisfactory replacement of the product.
