I have always seem to have a problem with the service I receive from Game, century city. All I want to do is BUY A PAIR OF EARPHONES. They have me waiting around for 20 minutes, waiting for to open this glass case and give me the earphones I want to buy.
This is the second day I had to come back to purchase these earphones. My lunch time ran out because I had to wait around for someone to assist me. Everytime I ask someone else, they tell me the person is "coming".
Seriously, this is a stupid problem for a customer to have. Game needs to invest their staff witha sense of urgency. Not everybody has time to mill around a store all day, waiting for godaloneknowswhat.
