I would like to commend Robyn Williams from Incredible Connection (Cavendish Claremont branch). Not only did she replace my broken iPOD Shuffle earphones without my invoice (which my child ate), she also found the invoice/slip after it was purchased 7 months ago. Now, THAT IS SERVICE!! Make her a manager, quickly!!!
