Our electrolux vacuum cleaner has now gone back for the 2nd time for repair in 1 year. On the plus side after we get it back now the whole top of the vacuum cleaner is scratched. We look after our things and then get told it was like that when they got it, really... then how come the repair sticker on top is ALSO scratched?? Clearly implying that we are lying as well... Not the kind of service you expect to get from Makro, they should have a better understanding with their suppliers about providing their customers with a dodgy product. I ahve had one of these vacuum cleaners before without ANY issues.
