I purchased a Zerbit dress for my baby from Edgars The Glen. A few days late i went to return it as it did not fit my baby at the Lenasia branch. I spoke to Nomusa who said the it is dusty and dirty and she cannot return it. the same day i went home and my wife dusted the outfit and we proceeded nthe next day to return it. Hymbert Nobela did the return and credited my account. 2 hours later i get a call that i must please come to the store as the outfit is too creased like it was washed. The item was creased due to my elder daughter squashing the packet and its contents. in any event i proceeded to the store, I argued this and made my point that the item was not washed and we came to a settlement on that. Few days later I went to CNAto purchase a few things and noticed my account balance was not correct. Hymo bert Nobela had without my knowledge and signature charged 2 items back to my account to the value of the dress. Priscilla assistant manager passes comments to my wife when i went to query this. the store manager still hasnt got back to me yet a complaint was made. i want this sorted out and those items reversed.
