Everyone has been ill with the flu, so we decided to try home shopping. The delivery was supposed to happen this morning between 11h00 - 12h00. It is now 16h30 and no sign of any delivery - not even a phone call, SMS or email apologising for the delay. We've just phoned the call centre - not even an apology from them. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone... we'll see if we get our money back.
This is not acceptable in this day and age - I remember when the service was launched with some fanfare some years ago... I'm wondering if it actually still exists - if not, then I know why it's fallen over!!! Pathetic in the extreme!!! There goes Pick n Pay's reputation.
