I have bought a Defy DGS156 gasstove from a Defy supplier, Montspa, in Montagu. When we took it out of the box, we noted that it was damaged. We notified Montspa, and they came out to look at the damage. We agreed that we would try to clean up the scratches once we moved into the house, but if unsuccessful we will notify Montspa and they will come into contact with Defy. We could not get the scratches out and notified Montspa. The undertook to contact Defy immediately. Almost 2 months have passed and we had absolutely no response.
