On Sunday, 4 August at 15:00, I went to Evaton Plaza Shoprite. I purchased a few items and paid at till number 10. The lady at the till could really use some customer service skills, her attitude and willingness to assist is very bad. After paying for my items. I asked her if there was a Computicket instore, she pointed me to the Money Market Kiosk. The que leading there was so long it went up to the shop next door. I wanted to buy my R-Kelly's concert ticket, which was in 3 days, so I waited patiently to be served. My turn came and I was told that "Evaton Branch" does not have the resources for Computicket sales, and the lady at the till with her dreadlock male colleague looked at me as if I am out of my mind to expect that kind of service in this area. Like seriously that is my nearest branch and why must we be taken for granted? And why did the lady at till number 10 fail to explain to me that their store had no resources for Computicket sales before I went and qued for nothing?!
