I'm not sure where to complain about the issue I have with my samsung 13kg machine I bought from Game last year, since I bought it, it seems not to be working as it only spin once then from there it stop so I have been unable to use it since I bought I have try to get some help but been send from one number to the other, I bought the machine so that my mom could no longer washing but it seems like I have wasted my money, if could please assist in resolve this matter for me
