Bad service and bad product

I purchased a Samsung washing machine 13kg from one of their suppliers in 2011. The first machine bike and I had to return it and bought a new one. Samsung again. The second machine just never stayed level, door switch broke and the lid cracked and had to be replaced twice, eventually after a year I said enough please just exchange the machine and give me a credit. After numerous phone calls, screaming matches and eventually the top Management getting involved it still took a lot of effort for them to take their bad product back. Sending to more different service centers out to confirm the first service centers findings on the machine. New machine bought with a credit note and paid in a R1000 on the latest just released Samsung 13kg top loader washing machine. Again door switch broke, drum not level does not complete spin cycle, 2 months old. Phoned Samsung for refund, they agreed. When their supplier phoned them to arrange the collection and credit authorization number, guess what, all the hassles and bad service started again and it took a week to get this sorted. Extremely BAD service and product!!!
