BISS cut off, still not reactivated as promised

Have 121 contract with BISS for over 2 1/2 years, Suddenly Saturday 5th October 2013 BISS switched off. Very unhelpful lady at Markham's Galleria said she cannot help as 121 is closed on the week ends this was at 11am Saturday. Was only able to go to Markham's Pavilion on Tuesday 8th October 2013 and the store phoned 121 to resolve. The consultant apologised and gave me a R 30.00 airtime voucher code for the inconvenience and guaranteed to have the BIS on within 24 hours. It is 48 hours later and still no BISS. MTN say they cannot help as we have a contract with Markham's. If the BIS is not on by 10 am on the 11th October 2013 I want my contract cancelled with immediate effect as Markham's is in breach of contract. my 121 number 083997389
