NO CORRESPONDENCE

I have been struggling with a Fridge I bought from Game for the last two months. When I finally succeeded in getting my fridge replaced, communication was sent to Angel Soko at Game clearwater, and I had to organise the transport of the fridge. After waiting 7 days for her to contact me, I followed up (as I had to during this whole process) and contacted her. After waiting for around 8 minutes before someone picked up the phone, I was informed she's not in, and I was passed to Devani (not sure about the name). She informed me she would follow up on the issue and get back to me.

This morning, as I've come to expect, she still hasn't gotten back to me, so I called again. After waiting for 10 minutes with no one bothering to pick up the phone, I quit the call.

Game Clearwater makes it impossible to communicate with them. I'm appalled by their lack of customer service and will definitely never buy anything from them again.

Please resolve the issue so that I can cut my ties and get on with my life.
