Hi please assist, recently I have received numerous calls from Markham for an account.in January I have settled this account at South-gate branch and asked the cashier to please close my account.taking her word that she had closed the account. I was shocked and disgusted when receiving a call from head office in April saying I have an outstanding balance, when asked where did they get that account.i was told its for subscriptions.i don't see why I should pay an account when they have people that can't do there jobs.after running up and down to South-gate I received an SMS saying they have handed me over to a debt collector, I'm really disgusted in the manner they handling this situation after me been such a loyal customer.please rectify immediately because I'm not paying an account that's been an error from your side.if you looking for money to reach targets than you should say so... Really Angry
