The issue of merging vouchers

Hi,

I had an issue purchasing an item using vouchers. When I tried to redeem two vouchers I got an error saying "The vouchers you have selected cannot be merged". When I asked for help online I was told to wait atleast 24 hours to get a response but I actually got a response within 2 to 3 hours and the issue was resovled and I was able to purchase my item.
