Zara

Hi I am extremely disappointed with ZARA. i have spent thousands of rands in that shop and have promised myself to NEVER go there again!!!

Firstly the customer service is bad, you can never find anyone to help on the floor.

Secondly - 2 items were "" from me. The first time i handed the lady behind the counter the clothes I'm purchasing and my phone was in the mix. I asked her for it and she said there was nothing there. I then paid and her the confirmation sms go off. I asked for them to dial the number which they did and i rand once and was switched off. (at that time I had to move to the other end to allow other customers to pay so I could not hear it ring clearly.

I then went on Thursday - 7th August to purchase some stuff and bought stuff to the value of approximately R2500. I also took a ZARA perfume. When i got home, i removed all the clothing items and through the receipt and bag away. i then remembered the perfume was not there and called the store. The denied not putting the perfume into the bag and said they cannot help me.

So as a customer must i check every time before i leave the store for all items in the bag.. SORRY I WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN.
