I've tried to contact Kalahari via email since last week but I've had no responses to my emails. I'm querying an issue about the expiration date on my vouchers and where they asked me to contact them at this time but I'm being ignored. I'm very disappointed with kalahari who claim to be one of the best online stores in South Africa. Because I'm not getting any feedback, I might lose my vouchers even though kalahari incorrectly made them valid for 18 months only instead of the 3 years specified by CPA.
