Today I called through to the department that deals with the Teljoy appliances, to find out when my laptop, that I ordered last week Thursday (01/08/2013), was going to be delivered, as I was told in the beginning that it would take 3-5 working days for delivery. Well, the lady that I was put through to is the most atrocious service person I have EVER come across. The attitude oozing out of her is disgusting!!! And this shines a bad light on Teljoy (who as a company is Brilliant, and I would not deal with anyone else). Even though I have in writing that I can expect delivery of my laptop today, she still turned around and insinuated that I was lying. I NEVER lose my temper with people, but today she pushed me far enough to raise my voice and then put the phone down on her. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT TELJOY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO HELP THEM WITH THEIR COMPUTER AND LAPTOP SERVICES!!! Because until then I won't be renting anything from Teljoy that requires me to have to deal with Digital Planet, and all because one lady has a bad attitude!
