On the 30 December 2013 I applied for a new DSTV decoder from Teljoy, Mr Khumalo confirmed that it will be 5 - 7 working days for the installation. I have been in contact with a Lady by the name of Zolinza that did her very best to assist me.
I was again promised that the installation will take place on Saturday 11 January 2014, well I am still waiting.
This is now the second time that I need to complain about this services. I am not getting any joy from teljoy nor there call centre.
