Bad survice at Game... Very Bad

A week ago I went to Game Fichardpark to buy a big gas heater. They only had the display left, I wanted one in a box. They sent me to Mimosa. Got there, they had the same heater in a box, but for R300 more expensive. They refused to give it to me at the same price as Fichardpark, & they refused to phone to try to fix the problem.

Today I Went to Game Ficharpark. AGAIN they only had the display left of the bookshelf I want. I decide to buy it, but they have no box to put it in. The guy took it apart and gave it to me in 12 separate pieces, no box or bag! I complaint, & he ignored me.
Over to buy a kettle, the kettle I want is lying out on the shelve, its extra parts all over the place, no box or person in sight. After a search, I found a box and put everything together myself.
At the Clothing Rack department, I pick up the rack I want (in a box) but as I pick it up the box opens on both sides and everything falls out, no one in site to help. I put everything back myself. Finally a guy walks by & I ask for help, he cant help me, he'll go call someone. Finally after 20min I was helped.
At paypoint, they have NO bags. & the manager looks at me as if I'm the problem when I complain!
