On Saturday morning my wife and I went to game to look for a DSTV splitter we went into game at about 9.30 and we went to the TV section for the splitter, when we go to the counter there were 4 ladies at the counter having a chat we stood there for about 10 mins without no assistance from any one of those 4 ladies. when I said sorry are you going to help me they looked at me like I was stupid or something and the lady I spoke to left me standing and made a phone call and only after the call she assisted me. she then took me to the splitter and left me just there and went right back to her chat buddies... that is the worst service I have ever received, and was so shocked.
well the splitter the R108.00 I paid and left. to my surprise I go downstairs to Pick n pay to fine the same splitter for R89.00 and on the back of your slip which I still have said you will better anyone's price if found cheaper... well I went back to game spoke to the manager who gave it to me for the same price as Pick n Pay... I don't think I will go to shop at Game ever again, and I will let everyone know about this.
