I have a complaint against Standard bank (home loan division). My house was reprocessed and sold on the 15th of April 2013. My house address is 13 Stephen rd, but the house they adverted in the papers and on internet was 9 Stephen rd. There is not even a 9 Stephen rd in Annerley. I contacted Mr Mousa Tsabalala at Standard bank legal department. I sent all documents to him as he asked but he never came back to me and after a few phone calls, I could not reach him anymore. On 15 April, I reported to standard bank complains and received ref nr 33373428 until today no one can give me any straight answers and the case are not solved yet. There was only one person on the auction cause nobody could found the house and that person bought my house for R390 000 although my house value is R1, 8 million. I think it's my and the public's human rights to have at least a fair auction. I have made a few attempts and offers to pay but STD bank legal dept does not want to help me. Std bank legal dept try to sweep everything under the carpet and hoped it will go away. Is there any one that is fair in STD bank that can help me with this problem? My home loan nr is 219308381.
