I went to pay my account on sunday 4th august around 12h45 ..when i got to the till i realised i forgot my card
when i ask to use my id he told me its not possible coz he must swipe the card, and i asked him if his sure it cant be done with my id number?? he confirmed with the supervisor who asked if i knew the date when my id was issued? i dont understand whats that got to do with everything? she can only call headoffice if i knew the date of the issue? they gave me attitude and i asked for headoffice number so that i can verify with them>>> my problem is the bad attitude they gave me they were not willing to assist
