So I buy an expensive OralB electric toothbrush which is perfecly functional but can't find replacement heads. When I contact them I am told they have discontinued the model and its heads so that you have to buy another expensive toothbrush from them -- or in their call centre agents words, contact every retailer in the country and see if they have any stock lying around. What a cheek! They have a database for their retailers. Can't even be bothered to send them an email asking if they have stock. No wonder this is a company that does not respond to complaints -- disgusting customer "service" so probably have too many complaints to respond to. Where is the ethic? They should at least have offered to replace my toothbrush. Next one I buy, be sure, won't be a Proctor and Gamble product and will do my best never to buy another of their products again.
