I ordered lingerie from the Candy Fox website.
After waiting for almost a week and a half for delivery, I started phoning them. They had stories about why the order was not dispatched yet. Eventually a few days later, I receive my order. But only half the contents were as per order. I have been sent other totally unwanted items. When I phone or email there is always some buck-passing, lame excuses and the like from a person claiming to be the owner, Darnell (not sure, he's vague in saying his name). I'm still struggling to get email responses, phone calls answered.
It is almost a month from placing my order and it has not yet been completed.
Any prospective buyers, please do not make use of this company for your purchases.
