I ordered 288 rolls of 100m branded packaging tape and paid in full for it. When I received it, I received 288 rolls of 50 meter rolls, thus half of my order. The half that i did receive is miss printed, our logo and slogan is not printed in full everywhere, it is cut skew - into the logo etc. and it does not stick to boxes. I have been trying for more than a month now to get this resolved, but they keep passing the buck to their supplier and making excuses. I paid them in full for a product that they delivered half and faulty... not their supplier.
I would not recommend any person to buy from them ever.
