Passing the buck and no constructive feedback

I have ordered swimwear from this website on the 4th December 2012!!!

I have made a total of 25 calls enquiring about the delivery of my paid for order of R 1 120.00 and till date the gentleman (Tyrell) has promised to revert back to me with conclusive feedback which has not happened.

So far all I get is an "I'll call you back"!!! It never happens and I am now at my wits end with and passing the buck on the delivery of my package!!!
