Last year August I purchase a bikini on the Candy Fox web-page, made my payment via credit card and received my confirmation.
Towards the end of September I still had not received my respective order which was serving a problem now as I ordered it specifically for my vacation, after numerous phone calls and emails, it was confirmed the supplier had an issue with material and the costume could not be ordered. As compensation I received two free bikinis (so I had least something to take on vacation), and could select any alternative item to the equivalent value of my purchase.
After the third selection of items (as every item selected was either discontinued or out of stock) was place I am to-date, still sitting with no delivery.
Every time I call to enquire, I am asked to resend my mails or they are unsure of the order I am referring too.
I ask for a refund but that I have been told is not an option.
