I bought a big large flat bed R773 from Vetshop Parklands. I unwrapped it, the inner was lumpy and thin, phoned Vetshop and went in to change it. the ones they had also thin. i contacted them and this was answer to my problem

The thickness or density of the Pod mattress has nothing to do with its packaging other than it is originally vacuum sealed and should return to its size shortly after being exposed to air. Since we haven't received any additional complaints regarding the density of our Spice Podz, we suggest that you next purchase our Rogz Z-Pod which sports an anti-microbial, non water absorbant mattress with cross linked closed cells to promote strong and resilient cushioning with an insulation barrier.
