DAMAGED GOODS AND POOR SERVICE

The oil leaked out in my boot and I have pointed out to Aftab (Your manager) that the seal on the oil container is intact yet leaking through the lid area

I did liaise with your supplier (Fazel and Nasreen) who advised that they were going to email me their contact details yesterday but none received yet

I will not settle for the run around here and I demand that this be resolved or I will no alternative but to institute legal proceedings to get my vehicle in the condition I keep it

This vehicle has costed me close to R250 000and is our pride and joy

The price of the oil is R65.00

Strange, when this happened, all that was replaced was the stupid jar of oil. I pointed out that other groceries were spoiled as a result of this, but this was given no consideration. All I was told that we should have brought those items back as well. What the is that now, After having cleaned my boot repeatedly, I am now required to place those items back in my car. That's far from preposterous and totally ridiculous

Also the oil costs around R65 and I had to take it back to the store, fuel utilized R50 now that means I paid R105
